Glass Scratch and Crack Disclaimer: Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. exercises extreme care during all cleaning processes. However, glass surfaces, especially tempered, coated, or untreated panes, may contain pre-existing scratches, cracks, fabrication debris, or weaknesses that are not visible prior to cleaning. Scratches or cracks may become more visible or worsen during standard cleaning due to these underlying defects. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not liable for any scratches, cracks, or glass breakage that results from such pre-existing conditions or from normal, careful cleaning. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Screen Disclaimer: During the screen cleaning process, older or deteriorated screens may be at risk of damage. The mesh material may tear or degrade further; tabs and corners may crack, break, or disintegrate; and frames that are bent, corroded, or otherwise compromised may crack or break. We use a state-of-the-art screen washing machine that is gentle and designed to provide a thorough clean without excessive pressure. If we determine that a screen is too fragile or damaged for machine washing, we reserve the right to refrain from cleaning it using the machine. In such cases, we will instead dust off and hand-clean the screen to the best of our ability. By agreeing to our services, you accept these limitations and acknowledge the inherent risk of cleaning older or weakened screens.
Window Spotting: Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. While this is rare, there is always a possibility. Window cleaning using specific window cleaning equipment is NOT included.

Weather-related factors, such as hard water spots, mineral deposits, and other stains caused by rain, dew, or environmental contaminants, may not come clean during the washing process. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not liable for: Residual weather-created spots or stains that persist after cleaning; Re-occurrence of such stains after cleaning due to ongoing weather or environmental conditions. By agreeing to our solar panel cleaning services, you acknowledge and accept: The risks associated with cleaning delicate solar panels; That Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. will not be held responsible for damages or weather-related spots and stains as described above.

Should we need to remove items from the deck/patio, we will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. If you prefer for us to remove and/or return these items, we are happy to do so at stated labor rate.
Color and Tone Concerns: The properties and species of wood age and weather can greatly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Note: Variances may occur on individual boards as well as the total project, as densities and other characteristics vary across and throughout the wood. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. and its associates attempt to represent final finish color and tones as best as possible. While we can often give you an idea of the overall color or tone you must expect some variance in the overall finish.
Damages: Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not responsible for damages due to improperly installed siding, loose shingles, stucco or siding, broken or opened windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, improperly secured wires, loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders and improper caulking. In every aluminum and stucco siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl, aluminum or stucco to stand out. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. will not be responsible for such conditions. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. will not be responsible for loose mortar or stucco that may dislodge during the cleaning process.
Roof Tile Liability: Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. takes every precaution to perform services safely and professionally. However, due to the fragile nature of roof tiles, we do not assume responsibility for tiles that are broken or damaged. Prior to beginning work, we will conduct a visual inspection and notify you of any visible pre-existing broken or damaged tiles. While we strive to minimize the risk, roof tiles may occasionally break during the course of our work. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not liable for replacement of broken roof tiles. As a courtesy, we will notify you of any damage and offer to glue broken tiles back in place at no additional cost. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge the inherent risk of working on delicate roofing materials and absolve Bigfoot Window Cleaning of liability for broken roof tiles, whether pre-existing or caused inadvertently during service.
Stucco Siding and Ground Pressure Washing Liability: While Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. exercises great care, the inherent fragility of stucco siding and its exposure to environmental elements may result in certain risks beyond our control. Stucco siding is cleaned using a soft washing method to minimize the risk of damage. This involves low-pressure water and specially formulated cleaning solutions designed to safely remove dirt, grime, and mildew. Stucco siding is naturally susceptible to fading, discoloration, and chalking due to prolonged exposure to UV rays; Cracks caused by aging, moisture evaporation, or temperature fluctuations; Efflorescence (white, powdery deposits) resulting from moisture penetration. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not liable for pre-existing conditions such as faded color, cracks, chalking, or efflorescence; Damage caused by the natural brittleness or weakened state of aged or improperly applied stucco. By selecting our soft washing services, you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in cleaning stucco siding and release Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. from liability for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or natural vulnerabilities of the material. Pressure washing of driveways, walkways, patios, and other hard surfaces is performed with high-pressure water. When these surfaces are adjacent to stucco siding, water pressure may inadvertently impact the base of the stucco, particularly if the material is brittle, aged, or already compromised. Bigfoot Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing issues such as cracks or weakened stucco that may worsen due to the pressure washing process; Damage to stucco siding caused by pressure washing surfaces that are directly connected to or near the siding. By selecting our pressure washing services, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks to stucco siding when grounds directly adjacent to or connected with the siding are cleaned, and release Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. from liability for such damage.
Water-tight: Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. expects your property to be in good repair and water-tight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical service including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be water-tight. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance or repair of electrical related items or doors or windows. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces.
Concrete: The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk or concrete slab. Again, we appreciate your understanding and agreeing to these terms and conditions as we only set them in place to ensure everyone’s safety and satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, please reach out to us.
Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, splatters from stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all. Rust and oil stains are not guaranteed to be removed completely during cleaning services.
Vinyl Siding House Wash: In some cases, the weep holes in vinyl siding may cause a brownish stain when the house dries. Anytime water is introduced on a house at any angle other than straight down (rain) there is a potential for water to get behind the siding. The weep holes are designed to allow the water to drain to avoid damage to the house. If there is dirt present, the drainage spot will dry with a brownish tint. This is normal and will wash off with the rain.
Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California. Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc.’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Non-Discrimination: Bigfoot Window Cleaning, Inc. does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any protected status under California law. We strive to provide services accessible to all customers.
